The next day we re-visit the Giza Pyramids. Walking among them, climbing one of their chambers, taking classic camel photo's. The honor of visiting the last remaining ancient wonder of the world is not something you forget.…(even if a KFC overlooks the spectacle!!) Again, very few tourists … definitely no Americans. We travel by mini-van thru insane Cairo traffic to visit the famous Egyptian Museum; with its killer collection of mummies and Tutankhamun artifacts (King Tut), quickly becoming experts on Canopic Jars. Finishing the day swimming in our hotel pool....overlooking the iconic pyramids; Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. Holy Crap! We're in Egypt.
